Terrible customer service after two failed issues with delivery on two items.

First I was never given tracking then the item I was told had been lost and it took an extra week to get the item shipped out again.

Second item was a failed delivery by the courier Royal mail which a month on I am still without refund or new item shipped. Been given no update for over 2 weeks.

Very disappointed in the delivery and customer support afterwards.

I contacted Techinthebasket on behalf f a friend who had a brand new Ipad last week. He had problems with the onscreen keyboard and despite my best efforts ( advising remotely ) nothing seemed to work. They have to date not responded other than the automated response. Thankfully 2 complete resets ( on a brand new Ipad , supposedly ) the problem disappeared. What if it hadn't though. So he got a good price on the Ipad, let's hope he never needs to contact them again.

I purchased a pair of Sony NC headphones. Items arrived in 10 working days from order placement. All good.
I emailed techinbasket just to clarify how the tracking number worked. I had a really swift reply from a guy called Andy who sent an explanation. I will definitely use them again especially as it saved me £50.

The seller kept me informed at every stage from my order to tracking parcel, after care service which I feel was good. Overall I would buy again , and recommend this company. And with so much of us buying online reviews are essential.

I just want to leave this review for other people that might have a doubt on wether to order from this website or not. I ordered a pair of Sony xm5's and I opted for the free delivery. The day after I placed the order I received an email with the Royal Mail tracking code and a day later I was able to use it. The headphones were delivered as advertised, between 6 to 8 days. After 6 days I saw the headphones arrived at Royal Mail sorting centre and the next day were delivered to me. I am happy with them and the fact that I saved £100. When you turn them on, they are in Japanese or at least mine were, but I could change the language to english easily.
PS: for me it was 7 working days to delivery, so all in all it took 10 calendaristic days.
Still very happy and relieved that It was not a scam as some reviews say.

Scam do not use the company. Paid £369 for an iPad never received. Been over 8 weeks now. Got in touch with company they said if I return the product I can have my money back but I never received the item.

Just received my order of a new Apple iPad Air ,
Didn’t realise that it wouldn’t be a uk version so now I cannot plug it into a usb to charge
I have however been provided with a travel plug to plug it into a 240 socket with the international lead.

Product delivered promptly and was what was ordered at a very competitive price

After 21 days I still didn't receive my phone.

SCAM COMPANY. New phone received with box open, and after several emails they have still not provided a return address, but instead have claimed they open every warehouse item to check the content, and have made several discount offers which I've declined. My next step will be to make a chargeback claim with my bank.

£209.99 was the sum of hard earned money I gave to this company for a set of headphones which lasted for a week. £209.99 is the sum of money which they still have. I still have a set of headphones which are useless. I have had next to no correspondence from this company on getting my money back or having the item replaced.

All seems in order. Didn’t realise at time of order was an overseas console so no plug that fitted but price made worthwhile and distributed to us quickly so no complaints

Orders S22 Ultra 5g on the 26th of June paid for insured delivery between the 3rd and the 5th and it's now the 10th DPD still don't have my phone, requested a full refund through PayPal this site is a joke and all there phones are I'm Hong Kong if they even have them at all. AVOID THEM LIKE COVID!

Ordered galaxy s22 ultra and it is genuine.

Great price for ipad , bit concerned of time it took with no tracking from 3rd party courier but came through on the 8th day . Very happy man
